Our first Peru release, and a beautiful one

This exceptional washed microlot comes from Richard Cotrina’s Finca El Eucalipto, a small 2-hectare family farm located in the mountains of Cajamarca. Richard is a member of the Aromas del Valle Cooperative, a group working to improve coffee quality and provide better economic stability for producers in the region.

Grown at 1450–1500 meters above sea level, this Bourbon lot delivers a vibrant and expressive cup profile with bright fruit notes and elegant acidity.

In the Cup

Expect a vibrant cup with blueberry sweetness, zesty lemon acidity, and soft peach notes. It’s clean, juicy and super drinkable.

Behind the Process

Only the ripest cherries are selected and floated before processing. The coffee is fermented for around 60 hours, washed, and then slowly dried on raised African beds under solar tents for 15–18 days.

The result?

A beautifully balanced coffee with clarity, sweetness and plenty of fruit.
