A Little Mexican Comfort in Your Cup

Chocolate, hazelnuts, a touch of juicy apple and plenty of brown sugar sweetness. What’s not to love?

This beautiful washed coffee from Chiapas is all about balance, sweetness and those comforting flavours that make you want to brew another cup. Smooth, elegant and ridiculously easy to drink. Sometimes, simple is exactly what we need :)

High Up in the Mountains of Chiapas

Deep in southern Mexico, close to the Guatemalan border, lies Chiapas – a region of lush rainforests, spectacular mountains and some seriously good coffee.

Grown beneath the shade of native trees, this coffee comes from smallholder farmers who have perfected their craft over generations. Our green coffee partner, Covoya, has been working with local communities for over 15 years, supporting quality and sustainable coffee production.

Small Farms, Big Flavour

Sometimes, great coffee doesn’t need fancy processing. Just a little patience and plenty of care.

Only the ripest cherries are selected, depulped and fermented for 12–17 hours before being washed and dried on small patios near the farmers’ homes.

The result? A beautifully clean, sweet and balanced cup packed with milk chocolate, roasted hazelnut and brown sugar, with a gentle touch of apple to keep things interesting.

Sweet, smooth and wonderfully drinkable. A little Mexican magic in every cup!
