Bright, fruity, sweet and super easy to love

This coffee comes from small family farms in the hills of Guji, Ethiopia — a region famous for lively, fruit-forward flavours. Expect flavours of red wine, ripe mango, chocolate fudge, and orange blossom, coming together in a smooth, satisfying cup.

How it’s made

The cherries are fermented in sealed tanks (a method borrowed from winemaking) to boost sweetness and depth, then dried slowly in the sun. It’s a careful process that brings out all those bold, fruity flavours naturally.

How we roast it

We roast this coffee two ways, so it shines no matter how you brew it:

  • Filter roast: smooth, sweet and flavour-packed

  • Espresso roast: juicy, rich and beautifully balanced

* In short *

Tropical. Floral. Smooth and winey.

A fun, expressive Ethiopian coffee that’s great whether you’re a coffee nerd or just want something delicious in your mug.
