Norival Ribeiro Magalhães, the young passionate producer behind Sitio Paiolinho, has dedicated himself to sustainable coffee farming. With a focus on quality and environmental responsibility, Norival's farm produces approximately 475 coffee sacks annually, contributing to the vibrant coffee scene in Brazil.
Grown at an altitude of 1000-1100 metres, this coffee showcases the unique terroir of the Lambari region in Minas Gerais. The Lambari region is renowned for its rich soil and ideal growing conditions, producing consistently high-quality coffee. Nestled within the Minas Gerais Water Circuit, Lambari embodies the history, passion, and future of Brazilian coffee.
Arara is a promising new coffee variety developed in Brazil. Created by crossing Yellow Catuai and Obatã, Arara boasts impressive resistance to coffee leaf rust while delivering high yields.
